Herb Trimpe

American comics artist who spent most of his career at Marvel. He drew The Incredible Hulk for over seven years beginning in the late 1960s, co-creating characters including Doc Samson. In 1974 he became the first artist to draw Wolverine for publication, introducing the character in Incredible Hulk #180. He later worked on titles including The Mighty Thor, Avengers, and G.I. Joe.
