Biography

Larry Lieber is an American writer and artist who worked for Marvel Comics during the company's formative years in the early 1960s. He co-created Thor, Iron Man, and Ant-Man alongside his brother Stan Lee and Jack Kirby, establishing civilian identities for Thor and Iron Man. Lieber also wrote and drew the Western series Rawhide Kid and illustrated the Amazing Spider-Man newspaper strip from 1986 through 2018.
