Jack Kamen was an American comic book artist best known for his work at EC Comics in the early 1950s. He drew twisted love and crime stories for Tales from the Crypt, The Haunt of Fear, and Shock SuspenStories, developing a style built around glamorous, cold-blooded femme fatales fans nicknamed Kamen girls. After EC's New Trend line ended in 1955 he moved into advertising illustration, later contributing art to the 1982 film Creepshow.
