Bernard Dibble was an American cartoonist who worked on newspaper comic strips and comic books from the 1920s through the 1950s. He drew the Captain and the Kids syndicated strip from 1932 to 1938, and later created Danny Dingle and contributed to the Fritzi Ritz Sunday page. His gag feature Jonesy ran in the comic book supplements of Will Eisner's The Spirit, and he contributed art to Quality Comics.
