A Force To Be Reckoned With
Cable reshapes the former New Mutants into a militant strike team built to fight for mutantkind's survival by any means necessary. In their debut, X-Force, including Cannonball, Domino, Shatterstar, Warpath, Boom Boom, and Feral, raids the base of Stryfe and his Mutant Liberation Front.
A parallel thread follows the wealthy manipulator Gideon as he takes a pointed interest in the young mutant Sunspot. Created by Rob Liefeld and Fabian Nicieza, this first issue launches the team out of the pages of New Mutants.
