Batman: The Court of Owls Saga collects the opening storyline of writer Scott Snyder and artist Greg Capullo's Batman run, gathering Batman #1 to #11 from the New 52 era. It introduces the Court of Owls, a secret society said to have controlled Gotham from the shadows for centuries. Batman is forced to question how well he truly knows his own city.
The Court dispatches a deadly agent known as a Talon to hunt him. The storyline became one of the most acclaimed modern Batman epics and began a long creative run by Snyder and Capullo.
