Tyler Rake: An Extraction Story (2026)

Tyler Rake is working as a bouncer at a nightclub in Sao Paulo, keeping his head down and staying off the radar. That arrangement falls apart after a confrontation with a drug dealer who has powerful connections, and Rake is forced into a job he never wanted to keep himself hidden.

Set before the events of the Extraction film franchise, the series traces how Rake became the mercenary people call when no one else will take the contract. Ande Parks, who wrote the original graphic novel that launched the film series starring Chris Hemsworth, returns to the character.

Ronan Cliquet provides art with Ronda Pattison on colors. The limited series is a prequel built on street-level action and the messy compromises that turn a reluctant fighter into a professional one.
