Ghost (1995)

This series follows Elisa Cameron, a spectral entity who was once a living reporter in Arcadia. She possesses the ability to phase through objects and teleport, though her powers are uniquely hindered by jade. As Ghost, she confronts various supernatural threats and psionic adversaries, eventually becoming a protector of her city.
