Navigating the VerseDB Dashboard

What it is

Your dashboard is the central hub of your VerseDB experience. From tracking your XP to viewing your comic-related activity, everything starts here.

Where to find it

Once you're logged in and verified, you'll land on your dashboard at:
🔗 versedb.com/dashboard

You can always return by clicking Dashboard in the top navigation menu.

How to use it

Here's a breakdown of what you'll see:

Level Progress & Badges

At the top, you'll see your Level Progress — your XP increases as you add or edit information for:

• Series
• Titles
• Issues
• Characters
• Creators
• Publishers

As you level up and complete specific achievements, you'll earn badges that display on your profile. These badges recognize your contributions and activity on VerseDB.

Recent Contributions

Just below your level, you'll find a list of your latest contributions to the VerseDB database — so you can see your impact and track what you've recently added or edited.

Your Activity

This section shows a quick snapshot of your:

• Collection total – Number of issues in your collection
• Reading progress – Issues you've marked as read
• Reviews written – Your review contributions
• Titles you're following – Series you're tracking for updates

Dashboard Navigation Menu

Located at the top of the page, this menu gives you quick access to:

• Dashboard – Returns you to this main page
• Following – View all the titles you're following and get notified of new releases
• Pull List – Manage upcoming releases you want to track and purchase
• Collection – View and manage your personal comic collection with variants and conditions
• Read – Track your reading progress across issues and series
• Wishlist – Keep tabs on what you want to collect or read
• Reviews – See all the reviews you've written and manage your ratings
• Profile – View your public-facing VerseDB profile with your stats and badges
• Settings – Edit your profile, preferences, privacy settings, and account info
• Subscription – Manage your VerseDB Pro membership and billing
• API – Access developer tools and API keys if you're using the VerseDB API (Pro feature)

Tips & Troubleshooting

• Make edits and contribute to level up faster and unlock badges for specific achievements
• The nav bar is always available from the top of the site — not just your dashboard
• Pro users will see additional tools under Subscription and API, including advanced analytics
• If something feels off, make sure your email is verified and try refreshing the page
• Your dashboard updates in real-time as you add issues, write reviews, and track reading progress
• Use the Following tab to stay up-to-date on new releases from your favorite series
