Outsiders
The Outsiders are a DC Comics team built around heroes who do not fit the mainstream model of the Justice League. Created by Mike W. Barr and Jim Aparo, they debuted in 1983, originally founded by Batman after a clash with the League over the war-torn nation of Markovia. The early roster paired Batman with Black Lightning, Metamorpho, Geo-Force, Katana, Halo, and Looker. Later incarnations were led by figures such as Nightwing, keeping the team's outsider identity as a grittier strike force.
