The Future Foundation is a Marvel organization created by writer Jonathan Hickman during his Fantastic Four run, first appearing in 2010. Founded by Reed Richards, it is dedicated to solving the world's largest problems through science and forward thinking. The group gathers gifted young minds alongside the Fantastic Four to shape a better future. Its membership has included the Richards children Franklin and Valeria, Alex Power, Dragon Man, and a class of unusual young geniuses. The Foundation reframes the Fantastic Four as a family of explorers and educators.
