Rank your favorite comics, characters, and publishers with visual tier lists you can share and discuss.
What Are Tier Lists?
Tier lists let you organize and rank content using the classic S-A-B-C-D-F system. Rank the best Marvel villains, your favorite Image series, or the greatest comic teams—then share your rankings and see how others react.
How It Works
The drag-and-drop builder makes creating tier lists straightforward:
- Choose a content type (series, issues, characters, teams, or publishers)
- Search VerseDB's database and add items
- Drag items into your preferred tiers
- Customize tier names and colors if you want
- Add a title and description
- Publish
Content Types
Create tier lists for:
- Series — Rank ongoing or completed runs
- Issues — Highlight the best single issues
- Characters — Debate heroes and villains
- Teams — Compare super-teams across publishers
- Publishers — Rank the industry players
Community Features
Every tier list can be upvoted and commented on. Share your rankings and see how the community responds.
Public or Private
Keep tier lists private while you're working on them, then publish when you're ready. Private lists are only visible to you.
Limits
- Up to 10 tiers per list
- Up to 20 items per tier
- No limit on how many tier lists you can create

Started VerseDB because existing tools didn't work the way I wanted. Now I spend my time building features, cleaning up data, and discovering just how weird comic book numbering can get. Always open to feedback - if something's busted or you've got ideas, let me know.
