Shimmer

Shimmer, born Selinda Flinders, is a metahuman with the power to alter the molecular composition of elements and compounds within a short range for a limited time. She is the older twin sister of Mammoth and a founding member of the villainous Fearsome Five. Known for her ability to manipulate materials on a molecular level, Shimmer often clashes with superhero teams such as the Teen Titans.
