Plasmus

Plasmus, born Otto Von Furth, is a mutated villain associated with the Brotherhood of Evil. His body was transformed into unstable, radioactive protoplasm, granting him the ability to reduce living beings to burning sludge with his touch. Known for his battles against the Teen Titans, Plasmus possesses enhanced strength, stamina, and a regenerative healing factor. Despite his monstrous form, he retains some human traits from his past as a miner.
