She wields light energy to conjure objects and animals, and possesses ghostly abilities like flight and intangibility. Once a cowgirl vigilante inspired by a future encounter, she was later resurrected as a living ghost to defend the city under the moonlight. Her presence is tied to the night, fading with the sunrise, and she is linked to a team of heroes displaced across time.
