Description

Bill is the cocker spaniel companion of a young boy named Boule in the Belgian comic series Boule et Bill, known in English as Billy and Buddy. Created by Jean Roba in 1959 and first published in Spirou magazine, the series follows the everyday adventures and mischief of the boy and his dog. Bill's expressive personality and loyalty to Boule drive the warmth that made the series one of the best-selling French-language comics. The series continued under artist Laurent Verron after Roba's death in 2006.
