Jerry's nephew in the Tom and Jerry franchise, Tuffy is a small orphan mouse also known as Nibbles. Gaylord Du Bois created him for Our Gang Comics #1 in 1942, ahead of his 1946 animated debut in the MGM short The Milky Waif. He is drawn as a diaper-wearing, perpetually hungry mouse.
