Biography
Steve Dillon (1962 to 2016) was a British comic book artist who began his career at age 16 with Marvel UK. He worked extensively with 2000 AD, drawing Judge Dredd and collaborating with Alan Moore.
His American work includes a run on Hellblazer and a long partnership with Garth Ennis on Preacher and Punisher. Dillon was known for his clear, expressive linework and ability to convey character through facial expressions.
