Biography
Garth Ennis is a Northern Irish comic book writer known for dark humor and graphic violence. He began in British comics, writing Judge Dredd before moving to DC's Vertigo imprint.
His major works include Hellblazer, Preacher with Steve Dillon, and an extended run on Punisher for Marvel MAX. He has also written The Boys, Crossed, and multiple war comics including War Story and Battlefields.
