Harvey Eisenberg was an American animator and comic book artist who contributed layout work to the early Tom and Jerry animated shorts at MGM in the early 1940s. He is best known for his comic book work for Dell and Western Publishing from 1945 until his death in 1965, where he was the primary artist on Tom and Jerry comics and Hanna-Barbera properties. He also drew Disney characters including Chip 'n' Dale and Mickey Mouse.
