Steve Trevor is an American military pilot and the classic love interest of Wonder Woman, created by William Moulton Marston and first appearing in All Star Comics #8 in 1941. In his original story, Trevor crash-lands on the hidden island of Themyscira after pursuing a Nazi spy, becoming the first man ever to set foot there. He is instrumental in bringing Wonder Woman to the outside world, and his relationship with her forms a through line across decades of DC Comics storytelling. He has served in various military and intelligence capacities depending on the era of publication.
