Justice League

The Justice League is DC's premier superhero team, first appearing in The Brave and the Bold #28 in 1960. Originally formed by Superman, Batman, Wonder Woman, The Flash, Green Lantern, Aquaman, and Martian Manhunter, the League was created to combat threats too large for any one hero to handle alone. Operating from the Watchtower satellite or the Hall of Justice, they protect Earth from intergalactic invaders, supernatural forces, and global catastrophes. The roster has evolved over decades to include numerous other heroes, making the Justice League a cornerstone of DC Comics and a cultural touchstone through animated series, films, and video games.
