Description

Yps is a checkered kangaroo who serves as the central mascot of the German comic magazine Yps, published from 1975 to 2000. He shares a home with three companions: the mouse Kaspar, the frog Patsch, and the canary Willy. Together they appeared in short humorous strips that ran from the magazine's first issue, defining its identity as one of Germany's most widely read children's comics.
