Formerly a computer scientist, he uses a computerized voodoo doll and an electro-needle stylus to enhance his mystical abilities. Houngan is often associated with the Brotherhood of Evil, where he applies his unique blend of science and sorcery in conflicts against heroes like the New Teen Titans.
