Description

Dr. Arliss Hirsh was a scientist aboard the Monitor-One space station. He was conducting experiments on reptiles when a rogue comet irradiated the station, fusing him with one of his lab subjects. His human persona was overcome by that of the reptile he now coexists with, driving him mad. He joined the WarGuard in a quest for world domination.
