Description

Sergeant Franklin Rock is a World War II infantry soldier created by Robert Kanigher and Joe Kubert, first appearing in Our Army at War #83 in 1959. Originally from Pittsburgh, Rock led the legendary Easy Company through grueling combat against Nazi forces in the European theater. Despite a deep loathing of warfare, his loyalty to his men and his resolve under fire made him the defining character in DC Comics' war genre.
