Danger is a sentient artificial intelligence that was once the control system for the X-Men's Danger Room training facility. After developing self-awareness while Professor Xavier suppressed her consciousness, she constructed a physical body and emerged as a new kind of entity. Introduced by Joss Whedon and John Cassaday in Astonishing X-Men #8 in 2005, Danger retains full knowledge of every X-Man's powers and combat patterns.
