Curtis Carr was a genius scientist who invented the alchemy gun and also the first criminal to take on the name Chemistro. After he was crippled in an accident, he turned over a new leaf as an employee of Stark Prosthetics. He also became the vigilante High-Tech, while his brother Calvin took on the villainous Chemistro identity.
