Tex the Circus Performer

Tex was a performer at the Blob's circus, dressed and acting as your stereotypical Western figure. He was first seen firing at Blob to proove his teammate was bulletproof. He later used a lasso on Angel and missed. Angel noted that "Tex" had a Brooklyn accent.
