Description

Former governor of Gotham and childhood friend of the Penguin (Oswald Cobblepot) who saved him from bullies a number of times. Attempted to force the Penguin to close down the Iceberg Lounge, but then was drugged with Venom and blackmailed by the Penguin. In response, Winston took his own life on live television while admitting that sometimes the bullies are right.
