Thomas "Tubby" Tompkins is a central figure in the Little Lulu comic series, appearing in Dell Comics beginning in 1946. Boisterous, food-obsessed, and prone to misadventure, Tubby leads a neighborhood boys' club called The Fellers and enforces its strict "No Girls Allowed" policy. This puts him in frequent conflict with Little Lulu, whose cleverness repeatedly outmaneuvers him despite his self-assured confidence.
