Description

Kerry Drake is a plainclothes detective at the center of Alfred Andriola's newspaper comic strip, which launched in October 1943 and ran until 1983. A stylish, capable investigator who battled organized crime and a memorable roster of grotesque villains in the tradition of Dick Tracy, he was syndicated by Publishers Syndicate to hundreds of papers at his peak. Dell Comics published collected Kerry Drake comics in the 1940s and 1950s.
