Yogi Bear

Yogi Bear is a Hanna-Barbera animated character who debuted in 1958 as part of The Huckleberry Hound Show before receiving his own series in 1961. An anthropomorphic bear living in the fictional Jellystone Park, he is best known for persistent schemes to steal picnic baskets from campers, much to the dismay of Park Ranger Smith. He is accompanied by his smaller companion Boo-Boo Bear. His voice and manner were inspired by Ed Norton from The Honeymooners. Yogi has appeared extensively in comics alongside his animated work.
