Description

Toriko is the title character of the manga series by Mitsutoshi Shimabukuro, serialized in Weekly Shonen Jump from 2008 to 2016. He works as a Gourmet Hunter, traveling the world to capture rare and powerful creatures for culinary purposes. His ultimate goal is to assemble an ideal full-course meal from the rarest ingredients on Earth. Enormously strong with an appetite to match, Toriko is accompanied on many hunts by a timid but skilled chef. The series was also adapted into an anime by Toei Animation.
