Doctor Doom has never been content with second place. When Reed Richards announces plans to travel back through history and reconstruct every era humanity wasted on war, Doom sees not a noble gesture but an unforgivable act of arrogance: his greatest rival rewriting time in his own image. Doom resolves to do it first. Armed with his mastery of science and sorcery, he embarks on a journey through the ages before Richards can begin, only for the Fantastic Four to intervene and drag him into a conflict that spans all of history.
