Description
The debut issue of DC's patriotic anthology introduces the Star-Spangled Kid and his adult partner Stripesy, who break up a ring of saboteurs at a steel works. The aviator Captain X, the crime fighter Tarantula, and Lieutenant Armstrong headline additional features. The villainous Dr. Weerd also turns up to menace the Kid and Stripesy.
