Description

The Spectre placed slain detective Jim Corrigan in the role of an all-powerful divine agent of vengeance navigating cases that tested the limits of justice. Written by John Ostrander with art primarily by Tom Mandrake, the series ran 63 issues from 1992 to 1998. Ostrander's theological background informed the title's examination of punishment, mercy, and moral ambiguity.
