Description
Roy Wilder's first shift underground may be his last. In the aftermath of a nuclear catastrophe, the only viable energy source is Lucifium, a mineral buried so deep it can only be reached by teleportation. The miners who go after it, known as divers, navigate a lethal subterranean maze on behalf of the ONIS corporation.
The pay is good because the odds are terrible. Wilder joins a tight-knit crew of veterans who gamble their bodies and sanity on every descent, and his arrival cracks open a corporate secret that was meant to stay buried.
Rob Guillory writes with Sam Lotfi on art and Jean-Francois Beaulieu coloring. The limited series channels deep-space horror into an underground setting, drawing on the claustrophobic tension of films like Event Horizon.
