The Uncanny X-Men (1981)
The flagship X-Men series, continuing the numbering from the original X-Men (1963) series after it was officially renamed "The Uncanny X-Men" beginning with issue #142. This run encompasses some of the most celebrated storylines in X-Men history, including Days of Future Past, the Brood Saga, Mutant Massacre, Fall of the Mutants, and Inferno. The series follows Marvel's team of mutant heroes as they fight for a world that fears and hates them, navigating complex themes of prejudice, identity, and the struggle for coexistence between humans and mutants. Featuring an ever-evolving roster of characters including Wolverine, Storm, Cyclops, Nightcrawler, Colossus, Rogue, and many others, the series ran until issue #544 in 2011 before being relaunched.
