  • Pro accounts: Unlimited lists, 500 items per list
  • Default wishlist can't be deleted

Quick Checks First

Before diving into specifics, make sure:

  • You're logged in
  • You're looking at the right list
  • You don't have filters or search terms hiding items

Common Problems

Can't Create a New List

Free account at the limit? Free accounts can create up to 10 custom lists. Delete an existing list or upgrade to PRO for unlimited lists.

Not seeing the create button? Make sure you're logged in.

Can't Add Items to a List

List full? Free accounts have a 100 item limit per list. PRO accounts have 500.

Wrong item type? Each list only holds one type of item. You can't add a character to an issue list.

Item already there? Each item can only appear once per list.

Can't Delete a List

Warning
The default wishlist can't be deleted. It's a permanent part of your account. You can make it private and remove all items if you don't want to use it.

Can't Make a List Private

Free accounts can only make the default wishlist private. Custom lists on free accounts are always public. Upgrade to PRO for private custom lists.

List Not Showing Up for Others

Is it set to public? Check the privacy setting on the list.

Is it in draft mode? Only published lists are visible to others.

Does it have items? Empty lists might not show up in discovery.

Items Not Showing Up

Check your filters. Active filters or search terms might be hiding items.

Clear the search bar. Even a space character can affect results.

Refresh the page. Sometimes a quick reload fixes display issues.

Can't Reorder Items

Note
Only ranked lists support custom ordering. If you created an unranked list, items can't be reordered.

Still Stuck?
