Bart Allen
CharacterDescription
Bart Allen is a 30th-century speedster and the grandson of Barry Allen, the second Flash. Born with uncontrolled speed powers, he was raised in a virtual reality environment and brought to the present by his grandmother to be trained by Wally West. He operated first as the impulsive teenage hero Impulse, later taking on the mantle of Kid Flash as a member of Young Justice and the Teen Titans.
