Detective William 'Twitch' Williams is a New York City police detective and one half of the Burke and Williams partnership in Todd McFarlane's Spawn universe. A methodical, soft-spoken investigator skilled in close observation and marksmanship, he is the counterpart to the more aggressive Sam Burke. He first appeared in Spawn #1 in 1992 and has been a consistent supporting figure through whom the series explores the criminal underworld of New York.
