Description
Violator is a demon from Hell who poses as the human Clown and serves as a nemesis to Spawn, first appearing in Spawn #2 in 1992. Created by Todd McFarlane, he exists to corrupt and test Spawn on behalf of the demon Malebolgia, and his grotesque demonic form contrasts sharply with his human disguise as a short, overweight clown. He has appeared across the Spawn series and in his own limited series as one of the title's primary supernatural antagonists.
