'Erbert, full name Herbert Henry Hoover, is one of the Bash Street Kids from the long-running British comic The Beano, published by DC Thomson. He is the class's severely short-sighted pupil, barely able to see even with his thick glasses.
Quiet and friendly, he is the least mischievous member of Class 2B, though his poor eyesight regularly steers him into as much chaos as his classmates cause on purpose.
