Francis Manapul is a comic book artist originally from the Philippines, currently residing in Toronto, Canada. He is known for his work as both a writer and artist on DC's New 52 series of The Flash. In 2011, he received the Joe Shuster Award for Outstanding Artist and an Inkwell Award. His previous contributions to DC Comics include titles such as Adventure Comics, Superman/Batman, and Legion of Super-Heroes, among others.
