Blue Devil (1984)
Hollywood stuntman and effects whiz Dan Cassidy builds a powered Blue Devil suit for a movie, then gets it permanently fused to his body when a real demon crashes the set. Dan Mishkin, Gary Cohn, and Paris Cullins play his reluctant superhero career for wit and warmth, as Cassidy juggles a wrecked career with the strange luck of being stuck looking like a monster.
