Description

Physicist Ray Palmer harnesses a white dwarf star fragment to shrink to any size while keeping his full mass, fighting crime as the Atom. Gardner Fox and artist Gil Kane built this Silver Age solo run on scientific gimmickry, time-travel jaunts, and small-scale mysteries, carrying Palmer across 38 issues before he was paired off with Hawkman.
