Judge Dredd Megazine is Rebellion's companion anthology to 2000 AD, headlined by Judge Dredd and stocked with strips drawn from his corner of the future. It gathers serials such as Anderson: Psi-Division, Devlin Waugh, Lawless, and Cursed Earth Koburn around the lead Dredd feature.
The title began in 1990 and moved to a single running number with issue 201 in 2003, where this volume picks up. Rebellion has published it since acquiring the 2000 AD group in 2000, with Matt Smith overseeing most of this run as editor.
For years each issue shipped as a perfect-bound magazine bagged with a supplement reprinting classic British comics. Later issues folded that material inside the main book and then dropped the reprints in favor of all-new strips.
