Exporting Your Collection (PRO)

Note

Exports are a PRO feature.

PRO members can export their collection data in CSV, JSON, or PDF format — for backup, analysis, or use in other apps.

How to Export#

  1. Open Import / Export from the sidebar and choose Export
  2. Select Collection as the export type
  3. Choose a format (CSV, JSON, or PDF) and the fields you want to include
  4. Submit — the file generates in the background and you'll be notified when it's ready

Filtered Exports#

Exports respect your current filters. To export a subset, filter your Collection first and then start the export:

You want to export Filter by
Entire collection Clear all filters
A specific publisher Publisher
Graded books only Grading Company or Grade Score (PRO filter)
Signed books only Signed (PRO filter)
A specific format Format
Search results Enter a search term before exporting

What's Included#

All collection data you've recorded: issue information (series, issue number, name), condition and grading details, purchase info, estimated values, variant and signature details, and notes.

Tip

Export quarterly as a backup — CSV works well for spreadsheet analysis, JSON for scripts or API tooling, and PDF as a printable checklist or insurance record.

Note

Exports are rate-limited for system performance. If you exported recently, you may need to wait before starting another.
