Tsubasa Fukuchi is a Japanese manga artist from Tochigi Prefecture best known for The Law of Ueki, serialized in Weekly Shonen Sunday from 2001 to 2005. The series was adapted into a 51-episode anime and was followed by the sequel The Law of Ueki Plus. Fukuchi debuted professionally in 2001 after winning a manga contest at age 18.
